Aquias Talent Builder is a company with a membership base predominantly composed of performing artists and professionals. Its main thrust is to take an active participation in social and cultural development programs of the government. As part of their outreach program, they run a long-range music enhancement program, free of charge, aimed at discovering and harnessing talented individuals in the field of music, to Barangay 175 in Caloocan City. They are establishing a Barangay 175 String Ensemble.
A total of 25,000 Pesos was given in cash to the Aquias Talent Builder.
